I don't speak Bulgarian, but I recognize that as one of the stock phrases in the game. The alliance RtmXTeAm has just declared war on you.
Съюз means "alliance"
политика means "policy" (politika)
Война means "war"
Should you feel adventuresome, here's an online translator http://webtrance.skycode.com/online.asp ... =6&lang=en It requires that stuff already be in Cyrillic. For what it's worth, I downloaded the free software, but it didn't work.
If you get a message in Bulgarian but written in the Latin alphabet, it might have some numbers in the words. Change the sixes to "sh" and the fours to "ch" and then use this website to change the whole thing into Cyrillic. http://knifebg.com/lat.to.cyr.html
