Start of Round 16 Universe 2

Changes and Upgrades list for the start of Universe 2



Beginning of 16th round on 17th of June 2011.



Duration of the round 90 days.



The winner will be player who gains maximal statistic points. Same rule for Alliances as well.

1. Maximum planets for an account:
5 normal planets and one battle planet. Only Warehouses (metal, crystal) and gas tank can be built at battle planet

2. Restriction in galaxy placing:
Registrations only in 2/3/4 galaxy
1st and 5th galaxy will be activated if necessary over a certain number of players.

3. Incomes
Base incomes for the game multiply by 3

4. Building time for everything, except defence
Base times multiply by 4

5. Maximum mine levels
Metal 30 / Crystal 30 / Gas 30 / Solar panels 30

6. Specialities:
Available.
The speciality Manufacturer increase also affects the speed of construction of protection
7. Bank:
Available only for BF General


8. Vacation modes - 5 per mount.

9. Immunities. Total 5 for all the round. Each protection continue 48 hours. During protection time the player can use mission attack or pirate only to inactive players.

10. Transport
Allowed only in the alliance, for players above 5 000 points. Resources got from recycle help, have to be returned to their owner in 24 hours. If it's not done, both accounts will be punished for resource flooding:
All other exceptions for transport like loans, trading, etc are forbidden even between alliance members.

11. Alliances
Least number of player for participating in alliance stats - 5.
Possibility of changing membership of Alliance – 4 days

Alliance game-play and a new ship.

Each alliance will have a common planet.
Depending on the daily rate and accumulation of points will appear ships
Types of the fleet is Recycler.
Number of the fleets is: 100 points generate one Recycler

When Alliance rate reach 100 000 point a new facility Multi shield will appear.
This is defence facility which prevent planet from attack with Death Star.


Rules for usage of fleets from common planet:
Can be use by all members of alliance with rang General or Major.
The resource points of fleets taken from common planet can not exceed
more than 50% of the player resource points.

Player who hold allied ships can not delete his/her account, or any colony.

Only one type of fleets or facility can be use simultaneously.
If the alliance members become less than 5 persons, all alliance fleets are disappear.


12.Trading.
Special ship trading only between accounts of the same race.
DS trading is forbidden.
Trading gas for other resources is impossible.

13. Asteroids.
With 400 000 gas, each with speed 20 to 30 mins.
Disappearing when gas reaches under 5000.

14. Attack range
The attack coefficient is 2 by static points.
Players above 100000 statically point can attack players exceed 300000 statically points.
If player exceed 1 000 000 the attack with Death Star has attack coefficient 2

15. The earn battle points are multiply by coefficient extracted by division of resource points of the defender to resource points of the attacker. If the attacker is with lower points, the coefficient can not exceed 3. In case the defender is with more points this coefficient is not applicable.

Examples:
Player with 20K resource points attack player with 10K resource points and win 1000 battle points. After multiplying new coefficient mention above the attacker will win only 500 battle points.

Player with 20K resource points attack player with 40K resource points and win 1000 battle points. After multiplying new coefficient mention above the attacker will win 2000 battle points

16. Attack only with spy probes is impossible.

17. SMS alert, for accounts with at least 1 level espionage more.

18. The statically points are sum of battle points and resource points.

19. Ship trading - Free for all.

20. Graviton science – it appear automatically for account exceeded 25,000 battle points and 100,000 resource point
Graviton science can be done in a standard way from menu research.

21. The researches for velocity give bonuses as follow:

Hyperspeed engines – 10% by level
Jet engines – 15% by level
Impulse systems – 20 % by level
Ultraspeed – 30 % by level
Tanker speed is set to 4500

22. Scouts get rapid fire x5 against the DS. Bombers get rapid fire x3 against defense

23. Field Fighter's cargo increased up to 300.
No 10 attacks restriction of pirate flights.

24. DS Attacks
If somebody's planet is destroyed while an attack flight had been sent from it, the ships from this flight automatically changed to 0

25. Motivations
Motivation till 10% with war between the alliances, only 1 nanocredit
Motivation on flight to planet of yours, costs 1 nanocredit, the flight type doesn't matter.
Motivation on flight of type transport to ally costs 1 nanocredit.
26. Gas mines after level 15 don't use any energy, but need positive energy equal to the energy for gas mine level 15.

27. Inactive players (i):
When player become an inactive all his recourse are reduce to100,000. The players’ mine are continue to produce.

28. Possibility is to move your planet at new coordinates. It can be done two times per round. The firs move cost 200 nano, the second one 400 nano. The movement can be done when all flights are landed. The new option can be found at menu Options -> Planets.
There is possibility to move BATTLE planet five time per round at prise of 150 nano.

29. New option will be also a chat channel. Publishing messages will cost 10 nano for one day and 50 nano for 7 days


30. The Final battles are absolutely forbidden. For those who will stop to play administration account will be created for making last battle without receiving recycling field from anyone..

31. Temporary change of account owners is complete forbidden.

32. Recycling flight send by player who dose not participate in the battle is treads like resource flooding and will be punished. The only exception is in case of recycle help by other alliance members.

33. The button for stopping and letting of mines production is removed.

34. Accounts with penalty or without planets will not take part of the rating.

35. Removing the accidental principle of fighting in one second. First pass fleet released first to the planet, regardless of mission fields (Attack or Station)

36. New Fleet is added. It calls TERK
Purpose - detection and destruction of all types of ships being built at the Shipsyard. Disadvantage - can not detect and destroy satellites and Deathstars. With all other ships it fights following the established order. Can also be used independently on the espionage mission, it can not be detected and destroyed. Scans and makes a report, of ships under construction in the shipyard, the chances of success depend on the level of espionage. Sent on a pirate mission as a separate attack fleet, it will fight only with ships under construction and defending terk ships on planet. Sent a group of other ships involved in combat on a general basis without attacking under construction fleet.

37. Insults with aim free vacation mode will be punish with 48 hours penalty and open attacks.

38 Seven days before the end of the round is prohibited change of ownership of accounts. Violators will be removed from ranking.
