Official changes for round 22, SPEED Universe.



1. Round duration: 3 months and a half, as Beginning - 01.09.2010 and Ending - 23.12.2010
2. 5 Galaxies, registration only in 2,3,4 galaxy.
3. Maximum planets per account: 5
4. Races: 4
5. Specifications
- Income x 3
- Max level mines: Metal 21, Crystal 21
Gas - 25, from 15 till the end no energy needed.
- Buildings speed x 2 (ships and researches aswell)
6. Specialities

Builder - 15% faster building
Scientist - 20% faster research
Miner - 10% bonus to base
Manufacturer - 15% faster ship construction
Engineer - 15% bonus to solar panel energy

7. Bank available

8. Vacation modes: 5 per 30 days (listed in the urlaub menu)

9. Protections: 5 per round, duration 72 hours each.

10. Recycling percent after battle - 40% from the lost structure. For miops - from 5 to 10% more

11. Transport
- Allowed between the teammates only
- Players under 5000 points can't recieve any transports.
- No ratio range for transport
- Sending a recycle flight for non-appeared recycle field is allowed, only if one of the battle's participators is your teammate, from the moment of launching the attack at least.
- Returning have to be done in 72 hours

12 Alliances
Least number of player for participating in alliance stats - 5.
- Minimum stay at chosen alliance – 7 days
- Each alliance may has Suballiance. If the Suballiance has more than 5 members and has positive daily coefficient, 50 % of this coefficient is add to the stat of the mother’s alliance.
- Alliance rankings:
Each day, each player got a point difference from the last one (warpoints and resource ones). These differences are assumed and devided by the alliance members.
- Once joined an alliance, cannot be changed or abandoned in the next 168 hours.

13. Individual rankings: statistic points = resources points + warpoints.

14. Coefficient/range: 2,0 by stats points
- Accounts over 400 000 pts can be attacked by everyone over 100 000.

15. Ships tranding available for everyone.
- Ships have to be unlocked on the current planet where you want to buy them.
- Race ships allowed between same-race players.
- Gas can be traded for a ratio of points. For 1 point - 1 gas can be traded.
- Defence turrets trade available.

16. Confederation: Tanker's speed: 6000
17. Terteths: Gas needed for building a Megaton: 2000
18. Noxis: Fuel spend for Speeder: 270

19. Scouts got x5 attack against DS.

20. Each bomber got 0,1% chance to destroy a Building.

21. x2 warpoints in a battle between alliances in war.

22. Asteroids.
From 20 to 30 mins - full with 200 000 gas
Disappearing when the gas is less than 5000

23. Ships upgrade: need warpoints aswell

24. Explore flight
Might be performed with whatever ship you want, but with condition - a colony ship have to be added. This kind of flight can be sent to any coordinate in the galaxy, no matter if there's a planet or not.
- If the flight has been sent to a free coordinate (no planet), a chance for earning resources, nanocredits or ships is calculated. The resources depend on the ship cargo, if it's enough, the maximum is 300 000 of a kind. Nanocredits - from 5 to 30. Ships - depends on that what kind of ships are sent with the colony ship. If the flight is unsuccesfull - the ships will disappear.
- If the flight has been sent to a coordinate with a planet, a chance for success or not will be calculated again. Depends on espionage level. The chance for loss is bigger than the first condition. This time, if the flight is successfull, a chance for a profit will be calculated. There's no such winning ships, it's replaced by a chance for FULL spy report, containing one random chosen level of building and research. The flight can be send only if it's performed with a motivation.

25. Alliance planet:
- Each alliance member winth rank Major, General or Diplomat can station ships there, doesn't matter what type, but it can be done once per 24 hours and can't be more than 5% of its resource points.
- Taking ships from the alliance planet can't be more than 20% of its resource points
- Only one type ships could be taken.
- Recieving with a station flight for 15 mins.
- Returning with a link in the alliance planets. Ships overstayed for 24 hours can be returned only from the Alliance Leader.
- Account with taken ships can't delete itself of the planet where they are.
- Returning the debt can be done even if the ships are seperated in more than one planet.
- If a player with alliance ships change the alliance, his old leader can take the ships off.
- If the alliance members go down to 4 or less, alliance ships are getting blocked till the members go up to 5 or more.


26. SMS alert only in case of DS in flight and higher level of espionage.

27 If you exceed the allowed 20 hours per day:
- 1st time - only a warning
- 2nd time - punishement for 24 hours
- 3rd time - punishement for 72 hours.
- 4th time - punishement for 96 hours.
- 5th time - permanent punishement.

28. Account owner change: When it's been done, the new owner have to change the nickname, email, password and sms-alert in 24 hours, and inform the administration via support.

29. Attacks between alliance members are strongly forbidden. Punishment as Multiaccounting.

30. The Final battles are absolutely forbidden. For those who will stop to play administration account will be created for making last battle without receiving recycling field from anyone.

31. Punished account or account without planets in the moment of getting the last stats won't participate in it.
