no nanocredits and support form fails

I've been trying since last Friday to get an answer or some kind of response on this. I purchased 200 nanocredits last Friday, got charged for them (paypal transaction completed) and they still haven't shown up. This is costing me playtime since I cannot purchase resources or do anything else requiring nanocredits.

I attempted SEVERAL times to submit via the support form but it fails everytime with a MYSQL error.

Something needs to be done about the support form since that is where we always get directed to when we need to report a problem. At the very least I need my nanocredits! I had the same problem earlier when I purchased nanocredits. It took forever for them to show up. At this rate it makes me wonder if I should even support this game with my money since I am unable to get what I paid for.

Sorry about the rather strident tone but I'm kind of pissed off right about now.
