Changes and Upgrades list for the start of Universe SPEED Round 21
Beginning of 21st round at 23rd of June 2010
1. Duration of the round 2 mounts.
2. Number of Galaxies – 5 .
3. Maximum planets for an account: 5
4. Incomes - Base incomes for the game multiply by 6
5. Building time for everything, except defence - Base times multiply by 4
6. Maximum mine levels
Metal 21 / Crystal 21 / Gas 25 / Solar panels 18
7. Races - 4
8. Vacation modes - 5 per mount.
9. Immunites. Total 5 for all the round. Each protection continue 48 hours. Available for players above 10000 stat. points.
10. Specialitites: Available.Специалности:
11. Bank: Available.
12. Transport:
Allowed only in the alliance, for players above 5 000 points. Resources got from recycle help, have to be returned to their owner in 24 hours. If it's not done, both accounts will be punished for resource flooding. All other exceptions for transport like loans, trading, etc are forbidden.
13 Alliances
Least number of player for participating in alliance stats - 5.
- Minimum stay at chosen alliance – 5 days
- In case of abandon of alliance there is restriction of 24 hours before joining of new alliance.
- Sending a recycle flight for non-appeared recycle field is allowed, only if one of the battle's participators is your teammate, from the moment of launching the attack at least.
- Each alliance may has Suballiance. If the Suballiance has more than 5 members and has positive daily coefficient, 50 % of this coefficient is add to the stat of the mother’s alliance.
14. Possibility for trade defence turrets. The rules are the same like the ship trading.
15. Explore flight
Migth be performed with whatever ship you want, but with conditiion - a colony ship have to be added. This kind of flight can be sent to any coordinate in the galaxy, no matter if there's a planet or not.
- If the flight has been sent to a free coordinate (no planet), a chance for earning resources, nanocredits or ships is calculated. The resources depend on the ship cargo, if it's enough, the maximum is 300 000 of a kind. Nanocredits - from 5 to 30. Ships - depends on that what kind of ships are sent with the colony ship. If the flight is unsuccesfull - the ships will disappear.
- If the flight has been sent to a coordinate with a planet, a chance for success or not will be calculated again. Depends on espionage level. The chance for loss is bigger than the first condition. This time, if the flight is successfull, a chance for a profit will be calculated. There's no such winning ships, it's replaced by a chance for FULL spy report, containing one random chosen level of building and research. The flight can be send only if it's performed with a motivation.
16 If you exceed the allowed 20 hours per day:
- 1st time - only a warning
- 2nd time - punishement for 24 hours
- 3rd time - punishement for 72 hours.
17. Only one account-owner change is allowed per round. When it's been done, the new owner have to change the nickname, email, password and sms-alert in 24 hours, and inform the administration via support.
18. Attacks between alliance members are strongly forbidden. Punishment as Multiaccounting.
