Sorry Bula, Xepa was on vacation and was waiting her response. So there is a communication problem with the firm that was receiving SMS's from your country. That's why XS software have stopped using their service.
So what are the options for you:

1. using paypal.com, epay.bg or eBg.bg are the only options to buy nano credits now on. The first is known and accepts any credit card, last two accept Visa, Maestro and many bulgarian debit cards. If you do not have card, may be some friend of yours do have
2. buying bulgarian SIM card and using it near the border. If you live away from here, you can find any friend living near border to do this for you.
3. find bulgarian friend, use any money transfer service like Western Union and send money. Here your friend will pay your nano.
4. anyone can give other idea how he is buying... ask the players that you see with your flag...
