server time vs gmt time

As far as I know the server time is the Bulgarian local time, I use the Italian time on my pc and there is one hour of difference,

this is the mail of the block of the attack, from what I see now, locking on the server time against the gmt time the difference is 3 hour,

If I thrust this email and make my count on gmt time I will find my fleet destroyed, at 18:00 gmt the server time is 21:00.

on the 29 of this mounths the daylight saving time is inforce allover in Europe and I think also in Bulgaria.

Yes, you're right. It's to 18:00 BST, not GMT .

But you shouldn't care, the server will broke again...
