What's Going On?

My account has been down for most of this week - No English interpretation!!

I contacted 'Support' the other day and got "We are aware of the problem and are working on it."

Now my account (when I sign on) has only one screen; my coordinates are different (was: 5:263:11 and 5:263:1; now: 2:256:3).

Did the universe end and no one told me?

Official changes in the game:

1. The Ship market is available only for players with more than 50 000 ranking points.

2. The ranking points for the rankings are now calculated from the battle points coefficient and the resource coefficient in ratio 2:1 and not 3:1 as it was until now.

3. By upgrading a Battlecruiser in the Fabric her attack and structure rise with 9% and not with 8% as it was until now.

4. By successful pirating there could be loaded up to 50% of the attacked planet (or full shps cargo) and not 25% as until now.

5. Maximum planets per account - 8 planets depending on the ranking points:
* less than 100K ranking points - 5 planers
* more than 100K ranking points - 8 planets

6. The coefficient for allowed attacks from everyone is deducted from 350K to 200K points.

The same happened in Speed Uni.

In the middle of an attack, bang - they reset the universe with no warning.

I too raised a ticket for the failure of the English translation. You are lucky, I am still waiting to be told that the problem is being worked on!

Similarly, they restarted the universe with no prior warning. By the time I logged in and could see the text in English, some players were already approaching 1000 points!

Even my bug posting on the Forum was ignored!!

But, then again, I think there are only 5 or 6 English speaking users of this Forum anyway!

I think they should rename this game from Bulfleet to Psychic Attack!

Guess the rule changes!

Guess when the universe ends!

Guess when the universe restarts!

And why would you want to read anything in English anyway???

Aren't there any restart point dates in english? I thought I had seen anywhere... So what u want anymore?

P.S.: Take a loot at "NEWS" subforum. But the last dates aren't OK (speed, and uni1 - 5 days more.). That's the only thing u aren't informed maybe.

Tinkerbell, I agree with you to a certain degree. The English translator is a big deal if you only read and speak English. I can get around okay, but when it comes to understanding the screens, that's more difficult.

I did determine my error concerning the 'Restart' date. What I saw was 10:01:2009 and read the month to be 10 or Oct. 1st, 2009. It took me a while to realize my misstake, 10th Jan., 2009. My error!!!

I am working slowly back into the game. The problem is knowing what to do on the restart. I have not done a search yet.

The date of the end of the Deathmatch was not published anywhere that I saw for speed.

The first I knew was when I was unable to log in and saw a message telling me the game had finished!!

The published dates for speed are wrong. So, as a newbie to Bulfleet, how are we supposed to find out?

Not forgetting that when the game did restart, the server was then closed down for maintenance and when it restarted none of the text was displayed in English.

Entries on the Forum about the lack of English were ignored, as was the Service Ticket that I raised.

Some consideration and communication would have been, and would be, appreciated!
