In Speed, I have lost the ability to see the text in English!!

Hi Support Team
Can we please have some form of communication on this problem?
1) In Speed universe, the Deathmatch was instigated with no warning whatsoever!
2) In Speed universe, the data was reset, with no warning whatsoever!
3) In Speed universe, the new session was started, with no advice as to when it was going to start!
4) I reported this bug at 09:41, and no one has even acknowledged it!!
5) I raised a Support Ticket this morning at about 10:00 which acknowledged the reported problem!
Since then - NOTHING!!!
Are Bulfleet looking to reduce the number of players?
If not, someone deserves a slap!!

Bulka, what universe are you in? I just got on (2009-01-08 16:16:53) and my English option still is not working.
I hope this will be rectified soon.

Yeah, same here. I'm in Universe 1, and the English selection hasn't been working for past few days.

@Tinkerbell,
the English option is working fine now.If you have any issues - try first deleting the cache and cookies.I just tested it and it is fine.

The bug I reported was published on the 7th January at 09:41!
Does this mean that I might get a reply to the ticket that I raised too?

as you know Speed Universe and Universe 1 began in the last week.Most probably the administrators are busy to handle the issues concerning the beginning of each round but should reply to you soon.I am just a user
