I destroyd this player so he deleted hes planets...all of them and now hes back in game and got 176k points? how is this possible? i dont belive that someone helps him to get 176k points becouse top players didnt loose any points.....

Someone may gave him his account and he just rename it.
Or u mean that he deleted his planets but still in the game? When u delete all your planets, your account exists another 30 days before delete itself for inactivity,
