i tried in the last 4 days two times to buy nanocredits, friday and today, the first time i thought it was a problem i was not logged in because i didn't receive the 100 nanocredits, the second time today did the same thing, sent the correct sms but same, i did not receive the nanocredits.
i checked for both times if i sent the correct sms code and it was ok.

the phone was taxed both times and that was all that happened, i really need those credits and i don't know what to do, pls help

no offense ppl but this game plays by hours and i payed for smth 4 days ago i expect at least some answers.

Please send to the Support system all the details about your payment. Without your phone number the administrator cant make checks and help you.
