I will quikly explain how I lost all my chances to be competitive in Romfleet.
I was one of the top 5 players in Romfleet and I arrived in one point where I had no nanocredits, all the 1000+ bought at the start of the game were gone.
I needed the nanocredits to enter in protection mode because I had a 3 day period with alot of work and couldn't pay much attention to the game.
I bought the nanocredits with paypal, they weren't added to my account. After 1-2 hrs I wrote to the support (this was done on 21.10) and got an answer yesterday asking me for more information about the PayPal transaction. I imediately replied providing the info they asked.
I wasn't online for 1 hour in the evening when my fleet arrived home and ofcourse that I was attacked. In Romania we don't have the possibility to receive text messages and even so, I was in a place without internet access. All my fleet and alot of resources were gone.
I planned several months of strategy and everything was gone because of the non-working support system and the nanocredits system.
I was dissapointed in the past too by the responses of the admins but this beats everything. Alot of work, alot of time, gone!

In this very moment I have 5 nanocredits in my account, the ones that I paid for 4 days ago aren't added.
Question: Why do you have such long respose support terms? For questions like money you should answer asap.
