I also have this unfortunate problem.

It all started roughly last night, i was building some buildings when i tried to go to the government tab i just got a timeout, so i gave up trying and went to bed.

Now this morning, when trying to login to universe 2, where i play, i cannot as the login just timesout.

The operation timed out when attempting to contact uni2.bulfleet.com.

Umm i am not sure if this is due to my end or yours, all help is appreciated.

P.S incase it matters, i live in Scotland, in-game name: fedexer

Please tpy this:
start --> run --> cmd and in window write this -trasert bulfleet.com and then copy- paste here the result
You can mark the result - right button - mark- ENTER

Yup seems to be back up and running now... strange it would be timed out for a good 12 hours though 0.o
