All languages are working ... The problem's not there... Does it say anything when you click on the english language ?

I have the same language issue when logged in and, moreover, clicking on any of the language flags on the screen does not change it from Bulgarian at all.
English would be real useful, please.

The language selection is stored in cookies. Try to clear them and see if able to change the language

The way to do it :
Tools => Options... => IE-Delete Cookies/Firefox-just Clear the cookies !
