k, so i have a question: When i acces
www.bulfleet.com or
www.bulfleet.com/index_login.php my browser sends me to
www.romfleet.com
pls tell me what can do
Trust me i tried everything
I don't think I'll have many things lost because i have a considerable fleet, but i won't make any resources

Just try using a proxy server. Note: It mustn't be romanian, italian, netherlandian
When you log into your account, you can stop the proxy, you won't be redirected more. There is a IP restriction, a couple of IP Addresse's are in form to redirecting. If it wouldn't help, write here again. I'll try help you.

K, so i could look very idiot, but i don't know what a proxy means because im from romania and i don't know the professional terms only in romanian

It's just a proxy :D The term is international. But I'll try explain you
First, what browser do you use? If you're using mozilla firefox try this:
Open
http://proxy4free.com/page1.html
Then go on the browser menu Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Settings -> click the third radio buton "Manual proxy configuration" then enter one of these IP's in HTTP proxy first form. In the port form, enter the port
For example:

63.149.98.162 80 high anonymity United States 2008-06-25 Whois
for IP: 63.149.98.162
for Port: 80
Then click all OK buttons and try to access the bulfleet index and log into your acc.
If you're using IE, of IE based browser
Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan settings -> check the checkbox in the botton of the dialog box, then enter the IP:Port.

I don't have a network option in advanced and proxy is not an internatonal thing cause we use a special romanian term - in mozzila (latter i found the thing but doesn't work)
And in Internet explorer I tried it but it doesn't work because my broewser can't acces any sites now
P.S.: It redirected me even if i chose one from china so itisn't the proxy IP the thing that is wrong I dk why because it should work i dk how does the server recognise that I'm from romania even if i use a proxy form other countries (hmmm........... interesting)

The IP addresses are registered from your ISP (provider), so the server recognise where are you come from.
Try another one proxy, or open this site ->
http://proxy.animes-bg.com/ and enter bulfleet.com from the form below.

K, thanks, the site is working
only the thing that this site does not recognise some commands and I can't build ships too , now i see that no link is working (now is no problem cause, lately, I found another proxy site which works, but thanks for information )
And, about the ISP provider, yes it is romanian, but first time bulfleet and even other sites recognised me as if i were from USA, maybe because my ISP provider used a server from USA, because they have a partnershp
