Question: After the player is inactive for 14 days, it'll show (i) and everyone can attack him...
Will his planet always be there? Or it will disappear after another set of days (e.g. after 30 days of (i) the planet will be deleted) Or the planet is permanently there?

No it won't stay there, and Yes it will disappear on the 25th day of inactivity

After another 11 days it will be deleted automatically by the server
