In Galaxy 1, system 18, I noticed that there is a whole bunch of planets there owned by two players. Fair enough, you might think, but the players names are almost exactly the same, yankotb1 and yankotb2, and their planets are ALL called the same, simply: Colony. Are these two accounts the same person? Only ask 'cause last time I checked, multiple accounts in one universe was against game rules.
I'm probably wrong, but better to bring it to the attention of the appropriate people, than not report it and let a rule breaker get away with it.
