Error when sending fleets

Because of a server crash yesterday (The internet supplier has experienced very bad technical problems - inundation) all attack missions are stopped until : 2008-06-07 12:00:00 (today at noon), so the game could be normalised and every one who has suffered a fleet lost or something can look for return at the support

Yes ... There is a minimum of 100 points ! So if you want to attack someone make sure that he is over 100 points ! And another one - to attack someone he must be colored in white ... That means he is in your coefficient of attack ! If he is green you can only spy him but without attacking! You can see the attack coefficients in menu "Fleets" below ! ! !

. Or the last possibility - if the player has an (i) next to his nickname. Then he's an inactive player (for 14 days... or 20 if he is in Vacation)... and can be attacked by the whole universe
