this is a only copy but last ago 3 days ihave more insulting words

If the message is reported and it's an insult - the player will be punished. As far as i see on my system the only report for abuse is:

And yes - i know what does that mean. I didn't see another report. Please use link "Abuse" over the Private Message in game, and we will do our job.
