Try using Internet Explorer... It appears that Firefox has a flood-like behavior and the server blocks your IP temporarily :P

i changed ip few time, using internet exploder and firefox, also can not access the www.bulfleet.com

I'm also having issues. The browser says looking up Bulfleet.com, which is usually a web address issue.

Does anyone know the IP address, so I can Ping the server to see if its just the web address?

Ulf, you can ping or tracert using the domain name... depends on what you want to ping/tracert...

Just put on the line "ping www.bulfleet.com" and if the server is not down, you will see the packs going ;)

Not always.
Sometimes the issue isn't that the server is down.
Sometimes the Internet Domain Name Servers (DNS) are down, or corrupt.
If they're down, but the BulFleet Server is up, then pinging the IP address will let you know.
