Questions about Field Fighters...
I couldn't find this with a search.

Do I have to build a Fleet and "Station" it at my Homeworld for my Field Fighters to defend the planet?

I know Field Fighters are the only defense against "Pirate" raids, do they defend against Scouts and Transports as well?

ALL ships (including field fighters, transport ships, etc) that are present on a planet participate in a battle if someone attacks you... you don't have to organise a fleet as in other games...
