Bank loan unavailable in Universe 1

There is no bank in Universe 1 But it has many other reforms at all.

For me, the bank loan is a stupidity. If you have enough credits and a relatively high espionage level combined with SMS alert and bulfleet general you are invincible. Just invest all the resources in mines and cargo ships and no one can do nothing except watching how you climb the leader in the stats menu.

Pf... stupidity or not, you can "transfer" resources between all your planets for... 4-5 seconds :}. So the transport missions between your planets are history... which is not bad for the players.

You are right, it helps players... those players that have a credit card or a cell phone or any means to buy credits... but what about the kids that are at their parents mercy? What about the "free online game" logo? What about equal chances?

Actually, they "died" maybe 3 years ago :} Who wants to have a massive online-game at his own charge?... :}
