what is the best to earn points in the game and how do our points grow like is it like if we spent this this resorces we will get this this points 
and good researches... and many tankers (to get untaken recycles fast)... regular fleetsavings (read Tactics topic - SAVEN)... and many many many very a lot of much much time for playing... if u know what I mean :}
