if i send spy out it tells me fleet send but main page dosent show anything and of course no report

It's a bug and it was supposed to be fixed. It doesn't appear with me anymore, but if you need to spy you have to click the fast attack button (next to the spy button) and send the probes via the fleets menu.

Sorry about that- fixed already.
