Ok, I sent 2 messages to support and no answer. I sent a private message to an admin and no answer. I see myself forced to go public with the issue.

Why can't I activate the 4th and 5th protection mode on Universe 3? I have more nanocredits than 350 that the action requires. It gives me a message like "There is no such player".
