Limited use of Vacation Mode

Vacation mode is being abused, plus it's use in the game is not on a universal playing field since players in Bulgaria have access to SMS.

I do not believe vacation mode is being utilized in accordance other than to make money.

It will be interesting to see if when the new universes start if Vacation mode gets nerfed to a limited use per round, instead of unlimited uses, making players invulnerable.

In short I suggest only a limited amount of vacation modes per round. This keeps the playing field fair.
