Hi, is the second time on Romfleet that I pay nanocredits with my paypal account and I don't receive them. Does this action require administrator intervention every time I will pay with paypal? Because if so, I will stop investing money in this game.

No sign of nanocredits yet. When will I be expecting for the support team to read my message? This is getting ugly. Is not that I am eating from the back of my nails for 3 €, but the reputation of the crew of this game is going down. What is happening? You recuperated the invested money from this game and now you don't give a damn about those errors? Come on, is not about a building is not showing the building time, is about marketing... If I go to the market and I pay for a pair of socks, I expect to have the product right away.

support.bulfleet.com - when you have that kind of problems write and specify code that you have send and phone number.

Sorry to answer in a kind of rude way. I sent THREE messages to support and only I was attended after a mass alliance rebellion. And what phone number do you talk about? Where is the part of a PayPal pay that requires phone number? I can't even pay Romfleet Nanocredits using my phone, because is not a Romanian operator.

And another bug: why does the flag of a player do not show when he is inside of an alliance?... So that nobody can see the huge amount of "American flags" that appear when someone does sitting?

3 Days of protection, is all I have left and if no measure is taken, I for one will delete my account.

Jenkski, i have saved Support logs for past 6 months. There is no single message from player in Romfleet Jenkski. I can prove it. A lot ot Romfleet players every day use support.bulfleet.com to send me questions or ask for help. We use Support System only because its discreet - i cant ask you to publish in forum your phone number or PayPal account details. This is for your own good.

Now ... its doesn't matter if the payment was made by phone or trough PayPal system. If you want me to check what happened i NEED DETAILS - so PLEASE using support.bulfleet.com send me the logs about that payment - you can copy that information from your PayPal account.

About flags - the game is using a database to check from where you play. If your ISP didn't specify, that it is Romanian IP - so in this way the game will know and give you the appropriate flag, otherwise it will give you the American flag. This is how the system work.

And in the end - i very polite wanna tell to you and all your friends - stop threaten me. If all you want to stop playing - this is your choice. I will wish you all the best and good luck. You CAN'T continue to try to blackmail me - this only make me angry, not afraid. I didn't refuse help to any one of you, ever.

I am not threatening anybody. My forum account is called Jenkski, like my Bulfleet accounts. On Romfleet I play with the account Sunrise. This account name I used when reported to support, you can check that.

About the flags, you did not understand what I ment. In the Universe of romfleet, if a player is not inside an alliance, it shows his IP flag, but when he enters an alliance, no flag is shown. If I want to read a player ID and he is in an alliance, I cannot. Why don't you register a test account and create an alliance, you will see what I am talking about.

Anyway, 350 players are not much to check... but I understand your time is money... maybe I should pay more nanocredits that I will not receive :p140:

[edit] Anyway... you can consider the case closed (I did receive the 200 Nanos, at last). Is your (so-called) free Online Game and you manage it as you like. I know what I have to do so I will not get sick watching players cheating.

And like a said to other players - if you THINK someone is cheating, thats not automatically means that this is true.
Some other players think that you are the cheater- do you want me to punish you with no proof, only because they think so?

P.S. About the money - we never have profits from Romfleet - exactly the opposite. We pay every month for existence of Romfleet because of those 350 players - we can't just tell them to get lost and stop the game. I'm telling this not because i want you to feel guilty, but i want you to know, that its not about money at all.

As I said, case closed. Is your game and you manage it as you see fit. You can lock, delete, move or whatever this topic.
