Sorry, you're not allowed to do this. The rules say that you can send somebody resources only once, but the player you gave them must return
everything in a one week period, plus you have to inform an administrator about this.

Maybe I'm wrong,but I remeber they can atack you and get the resources with no punisment.Please someone that knows the game better to response to him.
