Currently I have 50 nano credits remaining. I am trying to use them on protection and the system keeps saying that I do not have enough. yet when you read the cost of the protection it clearly states it will cost you "50 nano credits".

Little help here. I'm confused why this would be.

Maybe you have used the Protection option more than twice. It works out like this;

1st Protection = Free
2nd Protection = 50 Nano
3rd Protection = 100 Nano
4th Protection = 150 Nano
5th Protection = 200 Nano

Don't think you can have anymore than 5 protection activations in one round.

ok that makes total sense now. There is no indication anywhere in the game that tells you that stuff. I'm glad someone out there knows how this game works. I'm clearly still figuring the simple stuff out.
