spying problem

Hi. I have a problem related with the spying. when i try to spy different players with the bulfleet general activation, I receive this message par ex:
"This planet does not exist: [1:287:1].
Or you have set more ships than you have.
You can not attack this player. He has declared an immunity versus you, which will expire 72 hours after activation.
Misunderstanding about the resources (maybe not enough gas for the fleet?)"
Or, non of the above indicated problems are real: the planet exist and is a colony. I sent just one tiny spying probe and I have level 7 in radar systems and I didn't have no other ships sent anywhere. The player hasn't declare immunity - I spoke with him! And by the way, I tried spying on him several day in a row before, still when he was in attack mode towards me when I tried spying, and i understood that the person in protection mode can't be attack by someone or attack someone. And the last: I have plenty of gas.
I'm registered in romfleet. 2:32:15. username: strumfy
Please can u help get rid of this annoying bug!!!

In the moment the game does not allow anyone to be spyed if the accaount is in protection mode. So if you can see that there is protection warning, don't try to spy on it.

I KNOW WHAT IS THE PROTECTION MODE...
BUT THAT'S THE PROBLEM: HE IS NOT IN THE PROTECTION MODE!!! I SPOKE WITH THE PERSON WHO HAS THE ACCOUNT AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDN'T ACTIVATE THE PROTECTION MODE!!! AND BY THE WAY, THE PROTECTION EXISTS FOR 72 HOURS, AND I COULDN'T SPY ON HIM FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS...
NOWADAYS I DIDN'T TRY BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE SPYING PROBE AND I WAS MYSELF IN THE PROTECTION MODE. (WAR - WHAT CAN I SAY MORE).

Careful with the capital letters, it is considered shouting and is not welcome. How about having enough probes and free fleet limit on the planet you are trying to spy from? Please, contact with more details the administrator of the Universe.

Hi. Sorry about the capital letters: I didn't know the meaning
I had level 7 developed in radar systems, that means maximum 8 fleets to send simultaneously. I had about 2-4 fleets in the "air" but i didn't reach the maximum limit. I had about 5 spying probes in 2:32:15 and the same amount in 2:32:14. I tried to send from both planets, but with the same result.
The strange thing was that this problem was only with some "Bulfleet General" members...
Can u tell me pls how can I contact the administrator of ROMFLEET and what's his name (in the browser bar appears Univ 1 and Romfleet round 2, but I know that the system was restarted for the third round).

P.S. Anyway, now appears that the bug that i was spoke about was solved, and i don't have this problem anymore. Thanks!!!
