I propose that scout reports should have the following modifications:

- Resend a spy probe to that location as occassionally, spy reports do not give full information on ships & defence turrets (dependent on Espionage level)
- Fast attack link
- Contain info re: Attack & Shield modifier levels (dependent on Espionage level)

Dude your idea isn't so bad but considered some facts... The game nowadays is mostly payed and requires a lot of time to spend for it. Also it's very hard for begginers to make their way to the top because the word "saven" is totally new for them. And the strategy must be tested 1 or 2 rounds b4 to have success in the current round. So the game is all-by-all balanced now and this suggestion(if accepted) will make the begginers to resign the game.
