how can i change the timezone

it has taken forever to ask this question but when i signed up i must have used the wrong time zone not thinking it was important for anything. now i never know the right times of battles and stuff, cant find anyway of doing it and also found 1 topic with an answer saying there "probably" isnt a way which i think the person might be right but how could that be i am the one that set it in the first place it can be changed you'd think?
if not this isnt such a big deal i can get used to the time difference of now and the time it says,

also if u dont mind this question, what is the weird language that just looks like a bunch of symbols? i joined an alliance today with someone asking me if im american thinking i guess that that person would be 2, joined there alliance only to have the ****er say "i can barely speak english im from another country" then send me a alliance message saying nothing but symbols.,this kid must be an idiot or think that i am one, cuz hes not even fu*k*ng american but what is this language????pleaselol

i also need to erase my alliance without being in one at all. cuz i was in one with someone and all i could do is leave by creating a new one, now how do i get rid of that one?
is there a way? and dam i am 8 hours off how do i change this stuff?
