Here is a question.

I reported a bug in the game, a bug that cost me my fleet. Kaos said he was going to look into it.

Instead of getting back with me he and Jade both decide to just ignore me and pretend I don’t exists like little immature children who cannot keep their promises.

SO here is a question, do you think it is smart to treat paying customers like crap?

I emailed you two days ago asking for help with our absent Administrator Kaos.

He seems to have enough time to edit my Alliance Page, but not enough time to keep his own word.

This is really not even your issue Jade...... I am just really, really, ticked off that someone who holds a responsibility makes commitments from that responsibility and then blatantly snuffs both his word and that responsibly into the ground and on my dollar.

When the call came out in October to buy nanocredits, I bought 1700 worth; I have always supported this game monetarily and with bringing new players. The one time I asked to for assistance, I get the donkey’s butt.

Now I am on the forums looking like an idiot…. But it is the only way to get a response.

You cannot mail me through the support system - I am not in charge of Uni 1 and therefore I am allowed to play there. Snobby or not. For your dollars - they do not buy you special treatment. If you are not answered that means there is nothing to answer you. And as I noticed you have some fleet for your points which you cannot rebuild in 3 days. Of course that is with the presumpution that you mean the topic you posted on 25th October.

All these problems come from the browsers. Update your Java package btw. Give me the report when you can. I will check all. Don't worry.
