U have to be part of the Bulgarian mobile network in order to send any kind of SMSs for the game. Otherwise most probably you'r going to send the money to some other form of mobile activity in the mobile network of your mobile operator.

In other words don't use the SMS options outside of Bulgaria, you will only loose money
