Well, since the english explanation is not 100% accurate or complete - i would like to generate here a list with benefits from researches - and it would be good, if you all help here.

For example Laser Systems, Ion Systems can be researched but there is no detailed effect written.

1. Shields
every level gives you
+5% on Structure for Ships and Turrets

2. Weapon Systems
every level gives you
+10% on Attackpower for Ships and Turrets

3. Energy Systems
every level gives you
+5% on Production of Mines (maximum 50% = lvl10)
-3% Gas usage for ships (maximum 50% = lvl17)

4. Ship Armour
every level gives you
+5% on Structure for Ships and Turrets

5. Laser Systems
The laser is an optical device, that produces an intensive monochromatic ray of light. It has its ways in all technologies - in espionage and computer systems, and also in ships' armaments. Laser systems are the base for developing weaponry systems.

6. Ion technologies
The basis of Ion technologies are the developments of the science facility at level 4, connected to the process ionification. During it electroneutral particles are made into negatively or positively charged ions with a huge electric power "Ionic electricity" . Based on these developments the scientists constructed a ionizator and put it into a Ion cannon when it was just a prototype. At a futher level of the reseach scientists found out that the consistant ionic molecules, atoms and free electrons in the IONICSPHERE neutralize the power of the artificial electrical ionic charge from the Ionizator by 70%. Because of that the Ion techniques weren't successfully put into use in armaments and it all ended with the creation of the Ion cannon.

'Cause there's no such an effect :}. You can research more levels of your laser, ion and plasma technologies... only if you need to get more points faster... or somethin' :}

In the English description doesn't say nothing about that -3% gas usage. :74:

But is true :)
Всяко ниво намалява потреблението на газ на корабите Ви с 3%, като ниво 17 намалява с 2% до сумарно 50% намаление.
I need to read and translate the Bulgarian descriptions from now on... :D

There are many things which are not translated so at the moment, people who have to play in the english interface have an disadvantage against the others - therefor this post should help....

There are way more questions to the game:

- Increasing level of shipyard shortens production time of ships. But how do they really effekt the time?
- Do higher levels of science facility shorten the research time? By how much?
- How does the Market System work in detail (Point Increase - when, Point decrease - when, Ship and Money Transfer....)
