unfortunately you will have to accept the loss of your resources and ship... I read somewhere in the FAQ about it and it says if someone else takes the place before you your colonists are welcomed by the "defense" of the planet with fire ... sorry for your loss, and next time you colonize be on the PC a couple of minutes before it reaches its target and check if someone got over you
