If A Friend Left His Account and Didn't Play for a While It Gets Deleted, Can he come to my House and recreate the same name? A few freidns left theirs and they can only play at my house so is this against the rules? They created one at their own house but now they have to play here.

I am afraid you can't send any resources to ally or foe freely-it is against the rules, however if you give some rec to anybody and he returns it in seven days it is not punishable... almost forgot to mention that if you intend to give rec to anibody you HAVE to inform the administration of the game and explain the reasons of this transactions.
My advice on the first question is to play in different universes if you don't want your accounts deleted with a permanent ban on your IP for multyaccounting (not sure about the word) or the so called sitting, and it is absolutely forbidden to play with two different accounts in one universe at the same time...
If your friend's accounts had been deleted they can reg with the same name and start from zero in different universes.
By the way why cant they play from their own computers ?

Cause They Used to play at school they blocked bulfleet and yea his friend couldn't play at home so they come to my house and anyway i already created their accounts

They sould keep a record of the account profiles that have been deleted just incase they register again with the same name

mmm no they don't keep record of players who played and stopped, anyway I strongly advise you to play in different worlds unless you want a permanent ban
P.S. even if they keep record of previous accounts restoring them is impossible

If they have a Record, they would know he was on a Different Computer before and wouldn't punish him for Multi Accounting
