If you look at the highscores you see two colums with points. Normal Ones and Battle Points. At the moment with low score I think I only have points. For every 1000 Ressources I spend, I get 1 Point. Since noone yet attacked me - i could not yet notice a reduction of points, but I think for every structure, ship, defence worth 1000 ressources destroyed I will again loose 1 point. What I don´t know - if I loose points for defence destroyed but 60% build up again ??

What I have not a clue is Battle Points. Someone can post a link or explanation?

You've got almost everything write, except that you don't loose battle points. At least for now you can only gain, but not loose.

yeah i have a q with points as well. once upon a time, i had 3500 points, and then i had this battle. i lost a couple of my ships, lost the battle [damn planet was pretty well protected. either that or my attack wasnt enough].

anyways, the report says i lost 380 points, but after the battle ended, my points bcame 2800. HOWWW????????

my new qs are:

1. if u attack som1, do ya HAFTA destoy ALLL their defenses to get to the resources?
2. if i wasnt supposed to lose battle points...oh wait. i lost normal points. yet my defenses havent been destroyed. what in the world is the deal with the 60% reconstruction? i mean, the number of defenses i had b4 the attack and after are the same. only some of my ships went booom. is that why i lost my normal points?
3. about alliance points? how calculated? what's coefficient mean?
4. [whew lotta qs] how is the rankin of alliance calculated? and isnt there anyway to check ur alliance stats besides searchin the entire list for it?
5. how are battle points calculated? i know how u get em, but not how theyre calculated.

could sm1 explain?

well battle points are points u get from batttles [ding dong, stupid answer]. [but true]. u see, as far as i know, if u attack someone and win, u get some battle points depending on the amount of ships sent, the "victim"'s resistance forces, and whether u won or lost. if u win, u get points, id u dont win, u dont get points. and that includes ties.

if smby attacks u and u successfully defend ur planet [ur defenses are strong enough to destroy the entire attackin fleet] , u get points as well.

WARNING: ANSWER PURELY BASED ON EXPERIENCE. dunno details.
