Does researching faster speeds decrease the amount of gas needed to move your fleet?

No sorry mate. But however i have heared that increasing energy research decreases gas usage. And have heared that of mulitple players. I cannot tell the difference as i have to many ships

same here, It is just so expensive to attack someone in terms of gas usage for the larger fleets I start spending more time looking for gas to move and build my fleet I don't know why people say that crystal is so valuable. Give me gas any day

gas is not really a problem unless you have a large amount of destroyers. the trick with destroyers and attacking people is to place a colony next to the person and attack from there. only move your fleet long distance on saven

energy systems decreases the gas usage by 3% per level up to a total of 50% at the last level witch gives 2%.
