Weird inability to use links on the upper hhalf of the screen

This just started happening this morning, when I logged in. First, I read a couple of spy reports, and then I back to overview, and tried to click on the "You have 2 new messages" link (before, I had 4). Nothing happened. Then, a weird rectangle box popped up, like a window frame, and I couldn't click on anything in the winded. I tried closing the window, opening a new one, and logging on again. Same problem. I tried quitting the browser, starting it again, same problem. Tried another browser, same problem. Restarted my computer, same problem.
Now, I haven't gotten the rectangle again, but intermittently, for no apparent reason, I not be able to click on anything in the upper HALF of the window, but if I scroll down, I'll be able to click there, and the next screen may allow me to click on the link I wanted.
This is quite annoying.

Hi, I'm playing uni1 at the moment and I don't know how it is in the other worlds. The weird pop-up window is the Bulfleet Advisor, which obviously the game admins decided to implement. From what I understand it should contain some suggestions and answers to most widely asked questions about the game.

For example: 'This is the Overview menu. Here you can check for any enemy fleets approaching... Bla bla bla' .

Hopefully, this new extra was switched off for about 5 sec We will see what will happen when it is ready to use

ya i noticed something like that as well Personal mesgs would get all distorted IE some letters would be size=15 some small and the box that the mesg logos are in expands and looks distored i will take a screen shot next time i get it

i had before put i down to loading times being long and Mozilla cheating and displaying the content without ahering to the soruce code

As for the behaviour described by Trex, I guess that this is because of changing something in the main CSS file for example the positioning of the new pop-up thing
