I sent out a couple of spy probes for the first time, and after gathering some reports, I wanted to make an attack. On the Galaxy list, the Empire's name is in white, so I'm supposed to be able to attack it, if my understanding is correct. But now, the Fleet isn't working. I currently have NO fleets deployed. I have a total of 3 ships (1 Spy Probe, 1 Scout, 1 Cargoship), but clicking on the "max: 1" links does nothing, and if I manually fill in the fields, the "Give Order" button doesn't get any response either.
I've tried logging out and logging back in, but this has no effect. Is this a bug, or is this some game mechanic that I am unaware of?
