why several players have the flag of the spain and have as country's name -->Germany ??
or they are australian and have the flag of usa
sometimes the flag change : usa-->australia
....etc...


so --> lot of stranges stuffs!

please help me to understand this strange stuffs!!

the flag is depending on your IP address. the nationality is what you write on your profile

Not correct.

The Flag depends on what you have chosen Country field while registering the account.

There is no chance to detect someone's location only using his IP address.

Well thats not quite true

Now this website will show you on a google map were you IP is in the world,

Now NOTE that 99% of ppl will be shown back to there ISP's Gateway Router not to your home address as not many people have there own Public IP

Trex, such info could be obtained from the WHOIS information stored on the DNS servers. The IP protocol doesn't contain information about the physical location in its header.

Aye very true, but the WHOIS dont give you GPS Cords,were as IP address.com does

The point was that BF doesn't detect the location of ur computer. The game only records ur IP address and doesn't exploit it in any other circumstances except for administration control over ur BF account.

Well, here is some hints - many Bulgarian providers buy IP ranges from foreign providers. There are a lot of people from Bulgaria who use an American IP signature.
