is something getting done about the server problems in universe 3 it is getting beyond a joke now ,my self and a number off other players are starting to think about giving up completley if it does not get sorted

Most of the players are tired of complaining about the server. It has been down so many times...

it would be nice if someone took the time out to say if anything is being done about it
