Ive just started playing Bulfleet and think its really good so far, could someone help me understand what the minutes are for, where its says botcheck?

There are refreshers. With them a player can be stimulating activity in the game. They are prohibited. So the botcheck is to verify that you aren't using any refreshers.

wait a minute?? i asked something close to this before i guess noone gave me the right answer
but i have been building resources without doing the 40 min checkup, am i only building a certain % at that time after the 40min passed without clearing the checkup? how much % if thats right?
