ive just started about an hour ago pretty sure on everything except the resources how do the regenerate every hour? all the time?

It seems like they regenerate every 2 or 3 minutes, but only if you refresh the page. Also, just so you know, energy doesn't grow like metal, crystals, and gas. Energy is at a constant level and it goes down when you build things that use energy.

In menu "Government " you can see the amount of resources you receive per hour, if you devide it by 20 you see what you are being given per 3 minutes

Yes, like most strategy games, you build up slowly. Until you have 100 points, you cannot be attacked, so keep an eye on that. It should take you a few days to get to that point.

Then in goverment:

Resource metal
Basic income 20
Metal mines 72
Total 105

Why 105????

That´s the reason? this 15% more?

I think so, but no matter how I calculate, the result is never equal to the total in Government.
