I fleetsaved against an inactive planet with 24 points, and I got the message "The enemy has spotted us (sms sent)."
How can that be? He has 24 points, so his espionage level cannot be higher than mine, plus he is not even Bulfleet General.
edit: Never mind! I entered the wrong co-ordinates. Ha, silly me!
