Every in-game message has an Abuse link to click.

And it's not against the rules to contact other players. That's part of what makes a game like this fun. But try to engage people in conversation and don't just say "join my alliance" because that's not very effective.

Some of My Questions still Haven't been Answered

If you are too persistent in inviting people to join you may be sanctioned.

You report strong language by the "Report an abuse" box above every message you recieve.

About the language box - I suppose you speak about the boards: it worked only for the basic skin for the boards and I`m not quite sure whether it was implemented after the update of the IPB version. You know, there are difficulties with the Cyrillic support under Windows because there are other encodings often used and extra software needed. This language box was such an extra.

I do not see any troubles in sending messages in English to Bulgarian players. If you kept sending messages in official Chinese that should be problem. Do not ask me how I managed to translate such a message sent for an abuse...

About the restarts you may check the other topics, it`s quite thoroughly explained there.

Can U refraize the First Sentence

If you keep inviting people on and on and keep boring them, you may be punished. There is no concrete rule for Personal Message spamming, but we punish for it.
