The temperature is not important....one day-may be,but now it's something unusable...

Like the others said, the temperature is just game candy, doesn't do anything.
Asteroids, you can mine them but you have to get there before they move away. Search the forum; there was a good explanation about them.
Energy systems, if you mean the research, give you 5% more resources per level (up to 50% only).
