I have an idea, but not for the game as much for this forum.. Could one of the admins put a banner or a tittle or something in the home page of the forum - especially for newcomers, but not only for them - something like "Please/I beg you/In the name of humanity/For the name of our Lord, read those f!@#$%^&*ing Game rules first, search the forum for keywords matching what you desire to know, and only AFTER ALL THIS, if you didn`t find any satisfying answer, ask questions?"
I know, nobody pushes anybody to answer questions, but it seems a little useless to have hundred topics with same idea and answers that can be found in the Game rules. Like this, maybe those who are concerned for a real problem or reporting a bug can find answer faster, without having (to wait for admins and not only them) to read those... hmm. Spams, I guess.
