Please add a building que for ships, buildings, research and defense. Waiting for things to finish construction or for sufficient resources to accumulate is a waste of time. It's more fun to focus on the strategy aspects of the game. Implimenting a list of items to be built, researched would improve game play.

The accurate planning of building order would be a hard task for new players. Thatswhy we preffer to leave that part of the game intact.

You are right. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. However, if there were a building que, any user uncertain of their next step would not have to use it. Mis-steps could be canceled. I believe that most new users would use it sooner than later as there are few real decisions to make until sufficient resource capacity is built for ship building. In fact, the new user instructions give reccomendations of what to build which take half a day of waiting to accomplish - time better spent strategizing later in the game.

Those 500 metal and 500 chrystal we start with are quite insufficient to make a half-day que. Actually, you spend them for less than an hour. And after that you wait. Also, a mistake with que order made by an inexperienced player would repel a newbie player from the game rather to motivate him becoming a better player. In late game the need of que is also arguable. In dynamic game situation the que ties you for a longer time. That gives you a lack of operational mobility if I could say that.

Perhaps it would be helpful if I more fully described how a building que might work. The player would select the buildings, ships, defense, and research to be built. There could be one item in the que, or many. The computer would impliment the que as follows: the first item would start being built. At that time, the resources for its construction would be deducted from the player. When the time for construction had elapsed, then the next item would be built. If there were not sufficient resources to build that item, then the computer would wait until enough resources were collected to build that item. At any time the player can add, remove, or rearrainge the que order. A player does not need to use the que; it would be a tool to save time when "operational mobility is not an issue.
